Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the tas71 website and associated services accessible at https://tas71.bio ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated for the benefit of players located in Bangladesh and is made available in English.

Access to and use of the Platform, including the creation of an account, placing bets, participating in casino games, claiming bonuses, making deposits, or requesting withdrawals, constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. • You are physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Account Registration

To access betting, gaming, and financial services on the Platform, you must register a personal account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

tas71 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tas71 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Mobile financial service operated by bKash Limited.
• Nagad — Digital financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — Mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — Mobile wallet service operated by UCash.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of the transaction. Deposits via the supported mobile wallet providers are typically credited to your tas71 account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timelines displayed in the cashier, subject to successful identity verification and compliance review.

tas71 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or mismatched accounts may be reversed and the associated betting activity voided.

Bonuses & Promotions

tas71 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion at the time of offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus credits may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements.

• Players who attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or misrepresentation of identity — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

The tas71 VIP programme operates across Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers. Tier advancement is based on cumulative deposit and wagering activity. Benefits at each tier — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and dedicated account management — are published in the VIP programme terms available on the Platform.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, fishing games, slots, and live dealer tables available on the tas71 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface. In all cases, the following general principles apply:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Verbal representations, screenshots of unfinalised bet slips, or unconfirmed selections do not constitute valid bets.
• Errors & Obvious Mistakes: tas71 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of an obvious error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Incomplete Events: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable rules, bets may be settled as void or at the price applicable at the time of suspension, in accordance with the rules for that market.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tas71 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are not payable and will be reversed.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms or guarantee profits regardless of outcome.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tas71 staff or other users of the Platform.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure, servers, or security systems.

tas71 employs automated monitoring systems and manual compliance reviews to detect prohibited conduct. Any suspicious activity identified through these systems will be investigated, and tas71's determination shall be final.

Responsible Gaming

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website or application.
• Use the tas71 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of tas71's intellectual property may result in legal action. tas71 actively enforces its intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tas71 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Loss of funds arising from gambling activities on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or errors in odds or game outcomes resulting from force majeure events, third-party failures, or maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Any action taken by tas71 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension or fund withholding pending a compliance review.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tas71 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. tas71's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

tas71 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at tas71.bio/privacy-policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, National Identity Card number, mobile number, and payment account details — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and, where you have opted in, direct marketing communications. tas71 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

tas71 retains personal data for the period required to fulfil the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy and as required by applicable legal and regulatory obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Amendments & Termination

Amendments: tas71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, not less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Closure by Player: You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with applicable rules, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment account after successful identity verification. Bonus credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Account Suspension or Termination by tas71: tas71 may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if tas71 reasonably believes that continued account access poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk. In such cases, any funds that are determined to be legitimately yours — after deduction of any amounts owed to tas71 — will be returned to your registered payment account.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of applicable law as they relate to online services accessible to players in Bangladesh.

tas71 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate, legal, or available for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Accessing the Platform from territories where online gambling is prohibited is done at the player's own risk and is outside the scope of these Terms.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the tas71 support team shall be subject to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent tas71 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.
